Saudi fintech Lendo has partnered with Austria-based Quantic Financial Solutions to launch an institutional capital programme of up to SAR 750 million ($200 million) aimed at expanding access to working capital financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Saudi Arabia.
Announced during Money20/20 Middle East in Riyadh, the partnership will see Quantic deploy up to SAR 750 million through Lendo, strengthening the fintech company’s capacity to finance Saudi SMEs and introduce new financing solutions.
Founded in 2019 by Osama AlRaee and Mohammed Jawabri, Lendo operates a Shariah-compliant debt crowdfunding platform regulated and supervised by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The platform connects institutional and retail investors with SMEs seeking working capital and other financing solutions.
Under the new programme, Quantic will oversee the deployment of its institutional capital in alignment with Lendo’s financing strategy and growth plans. The Vienna-headquartered asset manager, part of the C-Quadrat Investment Group, also plans to structure Shariah-compliant investment products backed by the financed assets for international investors.
The structure is designed to create a channel connecting international institutional capital with Saudi Arabia’s SME financing market, while supporting the Kingdom’s broader efforts to develop alternative financing channels under Vision 2030 and the Financial Sector Development Program.
The latest agreement adds to Lendo’s growing financing activity in Saudi Arabia. In June 2026, the company announced that it had surpassed SAR 5 billion in financing, while it has also established funding partnerships with institutions including SME Bank, Jadwa Investment and BSF Capital.
The Quantic partnership represents one of Lendo’s largest institutional capital programmes to date and is expected to help the platform address growing demand for SME working capital financing across the Kingdom.
