UAE-founded proptech and mortgage platform Huspy has acquired Italian credit intermediary Integra Finance, marking its entry into Italy as part of a broader expansion across Europe and MENA. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in Dubai in 2020 by Jad Antoun and Ziad Nassar, Huspy plans to invest $86 million (AED 315 million) over five years to develop its mortgage finance and real estate operations in Italy. The country becomes Huspy’s fourth market after the UAE, Spain and Saudi Arabia.
Integra Finance, also founded in 2020, provides mortgages, personal and salary- or pension-backed loans, corporate financing and insurance services. The company has more than 160 advisors and over 50 banking, financial and insurance partners, giving Huspy an established local network as it enters the Italian market.
Huspy plans to combine Integra’s local expertise and advisor network with its AI-powered technology and operating systems. Co-founder and CEO Jad Antoun said Italy is central to the company’s next phase of European growth, with Huspy aiming to accelerate Integra’s expansion and improve the experience of real estate agents, credit advisors and customers.
The deal represents Huspy’s fifth acquisition in credit intermediation. Its previous acquisitions include Home Matters in the UAE in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023. Huspy currently operates across 15 cities in four countries and plans to continue expanding across Europe and MENA during 2026 and 2027.
