Velents Expands into Bahrain Through Strategic Partnership with stc Bahrain

Saudi Arabia-based AI startup Velents has expanded into Bahrain through a strategic partnership with stc Bahrain, strengthening the company’s growing footprint across the Middle East.

The agreement, signed on the sidelines of LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, will see the two companies introduce an exclusive suite of agentic AI solutions designed for enterprise customers across Bahrain.

Under the partnership, Velents’ technology will be integrated into stc Bahrain’s B2B offering, giving local businesses access to autonomous digital agents through an established local technology provider.

The solutions are designed to automate complex workflows, reduce manual processes and support faster decision-making across enterprise operations. The partnership also places an emphasis on locally delivered AI infrastructure, enabling businesses to deploy AI solutions in line with Bahrain’s regulatory and data requirements.

Founded by Mohamed Gaber, Velents develops enterprise-focused agentic AI technology that enables organisations to deploy autonomous digital agents capable of carrying out business processes and supporting operational teams.

The collaboration also reflects stc Bahrain’s broader strategy to expand beyond traditional telecommunications and connectivity services into enterprise technology and digital solutions.

For Velents, Bahrain represents another step in its regional expansion as the company builds its presence across the MENA market. The startup has already established operations in markets including Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

By combining Velents’ agentic AI capabilities with stc Bahrain’s infrastructure and enterprise customer network, the companies aim to make autonomous AI tools more accessible to Bahraini businesses without requiring them to manage multiple technology vendors.

The partnership comes as demand for enterprise AI continues to accelerate across the Gulf, with telecom operators increasingly positioning themselves as technology platforms capable of delivering cloud, AI, automation and other digital services alongside traditional connectivity.

For Velents, the agreement provides a local route to enterprise customers while further positioning the company within the region’s emerging agentic AI ecosystem.
