Saudi construction technology startup BRKZ has secured $31 million in new capital, combining a $13 million Series B equity round with $18 million in growth debt, as it looks to expand its AI-powered procurement platform and embedded financing capabilities.
The Series B was co-led by Wa’ed Ventures and 500 Global, with participation from BECO Capital and ANB Capital. The $18 million debt commitment comes from Stride Ventures and forms part of BRKZ’s previously announced $30 million venture debt facility. The latest financing brings the company’s total capital raised across equity and debt to more than $70 million.
Founded in 2022 by Ibrahim Manna and headquartered in Riyadh, BRKZ is building a technology-driven procurement platform for the construction sector. The company connects contractors, factories and other businesses with local and international suppliers of building materials and raw materials, while managing sourcing, pricing, logistics and flexible payment solutions through a single platform.
AI Moves Deeper Into Construction Procurement
A major focus of BRKZ’s next phase is artificial intelligence.
Over the past three years, the company has built a proprietary dataset containing around 38 million structured data points, covering more than 13,000 product records and 2,100 supplier profiles. Its AI pricing engine has been trained on approximately 40,000 requests for quotation and is designed to predict buy and sell prices while recommending suitable suppliers.
According to the company, 84% to 89% of its pricing predictions fall within 5% of the final transaction price, helping transform a traditionally manual quotation process into a near-instant workflow while keeping procurement teams in control of final decisions.
BRKZ is also deploying AI agents across operational processes. Its delivery agent, Nusa, processes bulk-cement delivery notes shared by transporters through WhatsApp, matches them with orders, verifies quantities and closes completed deliveries. Around three-quarters of delivery notes are currently processed without manual intervention.
Scaling Across Saudi Arabia and Beyond
BRKZ says it now serves more than 1,500 contracting companies and 150 building-material factories, supported by approximately 2,100 local and international suppliers.
Since launch, the platform has sold more than $133 million (SAR 500 million) worth of building materials and processed over $1.37 billion (SAR 5.13 billion) in requests for quotation.
Growth has also accelerated, with BRKZ reporting 2.5x year-on-year revenue growth in 2025 and expecting revenue to approximately triple in 2026.
The fresh capital will be used to further automate quotation, pricing and fulfilment through AI, deepen BRKZ’s integration across the construction supply chain, expand embedded financing and strengthen cross-border sourcing. The company plans to develop direct supply corridors with manufacturing markets including China and India.
BRKZ already supplies companies participating in major Saudi developments including The Red Sea Project, Diriyah, Qiddiya, ROSHN and King Salman Park.
The funding comes as Saudi Arabia’s large-scale infrastructure and real estate development pipeline creates growing demand for more efficient construction procurement. By combining procurement infrastructure, financing and AI-driven automation, BRKZ is positioning itself as part of the technology layer supporting the transformation of the Kingdom’s construction supply chain.
The company said its Series B remains open to additional strategic investors.
