UAE-based AI e-commerce startup Keep Converting has raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Nuwa Capital and COTU Ventures, emerging from stealth as it looks to reshape how online stores convert visitors into customers.
Founded in 2025 by Mohammad El Mougi and Manuel Prinz, Keep Converting has developed an AI-native conversion optimisation platform that dynamically creates personalised product-page experiences for individual shoppers.
Rather than showing every visitor the same product page, the technology adapts content based on signals such as where the shopper came from, their behaviour and what they appear to be searching for.
For example, a shopper arriving through an AI-powered product recommendation could see a page highlighting specific features and relevant customer reviews, while someone reaching the same product through a social media campaign could receive different imagery, messaging and content.
AI Personalisation at the Product-Page Level
Keep Converting runs multiple AI-generated versions of product pages simultaneously and continuously learns which experiences are most likely to turn visitors into buyers.
The company says its platform has already generated thousands of product-page variations for brands operating across consumer electronics, home appliances, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle and accessories.
Across active deployments in the United States, Europe and the Gulf, Keep Converting reports an average 64% lift in conversion rates.
The platform is pre-integrated with major e-commerce systems including Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Zid and Salla, allowing merchants to integrate the technology without rebuilding their existing storefronts.
According to the company, implementation can take around 10 minutes, while most participating brands begin seeing measurable conversion improvements within two weeks.
From Stealth to Expansion
The startup was founded by executives with experience across some of the region’s and world’s largest digital platforms.
CEO Mohammad El Mougi previously served as Chief Product Officer at Middle East healthtech company Vezeeta and earlier held a marketing leadership role at Vodafone. Co-founder Manuel Prinz previously led product at TikTok Shop US and worked in product management at Walmart.
With the new capital, Keep Converting plans to onboard more merchants and expand its engineering team, while further developing its AI-powered conversion technology and cross-client intelligence capabilities.
The company currently serves brands across the United States, Europe and the Gulf and operates through both subscription and performance-based pricing models.
As AI increasingly influences how consumers discover products, Keep Converting is betting that the next competitive battleground in e-commerce will not only be how shoppers reach an online store — but what they see once they arrive.
