Transforming the office from a physical space into a hub of collaboration and shared production, Kolektif House continues to position itself as a leading address for flexible work and collective success. Marking Baku as the first stop of its global expansion journey, the company is moving forward with a sustainable growth strategy both domestically and internationally.

Since its inception, Kolektif House has been designing flexible and inspiring workspaces, and is now turning over a decade of experience into a cross-border ecosystem.

Having strengthened its footprint in Türkiye, the brand is now extending its reach abroad with its Baku location, aiming to further solidify its leadership position in the sector.

Operating in more than 30 locations, Kolektif House continues its domestic expansion across major cities while prioritizing nearby geographies for international growth.

Global Flexible Office Market Set for Double-Digit Growth

Highlighting the accelerating interest in flexible work models, Ahmet Onur, Co-Founder and CEO of Kolektif House, stated:

“Work life worldwide is undergoing a permanent transformation. International research shows that hybrid working models are being rapidly adopted, and that the flexible office market will continue expanding at double-digit growth rates in the coming years. This outlook demonstrates that flexible offices are no longer an alternative solution, but have become a strategic building block for corporate sustainability, agility, and employee experience. At Kolektif House, we see the culture of sharing and co-creation — which lies at the heart of this transformation — as a long-term value.”

Continued Expansion at Home and Abroad

Summarizing the company’s outlook and goals for the coming years, Onur added:

“In the upcoming period, our focus will be on maintaining our strong market position while achieving balanced and sustainable growth both domestically and internationally. We aim to move quickly, yet firmly, strengthen the ecosystem we are part of, and contribute to the future of flexible work. Beyond being a growing brand, our goal is to continue as a trusted structure that delivers long-term solutions to the evolving needs of the business world.”
