Morocco-based proptech startup Agenz has secured $5 million in fresh funding as it looks to strengthen its position in the country’s real estate market through data-driven property intelligence, transaction services, and AI-powered tools for real estate professionals.

The round was co-led by Breega, Attijariwafa Ventures, and Saviu Ventures, highlighting growing investor confidence in technology-driven solutions modernizing North Africa’s property sector.

Founded in 2021 by brothers Malik and Badr Belkeziz, Agenz is building a digital ecosystem designed to bring greater transparency and efficiency to Morocco’s real estate market. The platform offers property valuation tools, market insights, transaction services, and software solutions that help buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals make more informed decisions.

Since launching its transaction platform in 2023, the company has experienced rapid growth. Agenz reported more than 730,000 monthly visits in May 2026, making it one of Morocco’s most visited real estate platforms. The company has also seen strong growth in transaction activity as digital adoption continues to accelerate across the country’s property market.

Agenz plans to use the new funding to expand its product offering, strengthen its technology infrastructure, enhance its AI capabilities, and grow its team. The company is also preparing to introduce new services while exploring future expansion opportunities beyond Morocco.

The investment reflects the increasing momentum behind proptech innovation across Africa, where startups are leveraging data, automation, and artificial intelligence to modernize traditionally fragmented real estate markets. As demand for transparency and digital-first property services grows, Agenz is positioning itself as a key player in the region’s evolving real estate ecosystem.
