Turkish AI startup Promake has secured $4 million in a funding round led by venture capital firm 212, just four months after launching its platform globally. The round attracted participation from Ak Portföy GSYF, Arya VC, Gelecek Etki Fonu, JIMCO, and Maxis Ventures.

Founded in 2025, Promake is developing an AI-powered business operating platform designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The company enables businesses to build and manage websites, domains, corporate email accounts, e-commerce stores, payment systems, and digital marketing campaigns through a conversational AI interface, eliminating the need for complex software dashboards or technical expertise.

The startup plans to use the new capital to strengthen its AI infrastructure, expand its team, accelerate international growth, and develop additional product layers that simplify business creation and management for SMEs.

Promake’s platform is built around the idea of transforming AI from a specialized technology into a natural part of everyday business operations. Users can perform tasks such as adding products, creating promotions, updating web pages, and reviewing payment reports simply by interacting with the system through natural language commands.

The company is targeting a global market of more than 500 million SMEs and aims to build a next-generation AI business management platform that allows smaller companies to operate with capabilities traditionally available only to larger enterprises.

“Through this investment, we are accelerating our vision of redefining how small businesses start and manage their operations with AI,” said Promake Co-Founder and CEO Emre Tekin. “Our goal is not only to expand into new markets but to fundamentally transform how businesses digitalize and operate.”

According to Kıvanç Aydın, Promake represents a new generation of AI-native companies capable of enabling entrepreneurs to launch and scale globally competitive businesses through natural language-driven workflows.

The founding team includes Emre Tekin, Evren Ballı, Eren Nil, Dinçer Karaduman, Alper Karaer, Elvan Süzen, and Sina Afra, bringing together expertise in technology entrepreneurship, AI, and venture investing.
