Türkiye’s leading entrepreneurship program, Workup, backed by Türkiye İş Bankası, has selected 10 technology startups for its 14th cohort. Now in its ninth consecutive year, the accelerator aims to help high-potential ventures scale their business models and access investment opportunities.

The new cohort will be managed by İş Bankası’s AI Factory and marks the first time the initial application screening process was powered by AI agents and advanced scoring algorithms developed by Entrapeer. Final selections were made through a collaborative evaluation involving the Workup team, alumni founders, mentors, ecosystem partners, and investors.

This year’s program attracted more than 800 applications from across Türkiye. A total of 129 startups advanced to preliminary interviews, with approximately 70% of those discussions conducted with founders based outside the country’s three largest startup hubs—İstanbul, Ankara, and İzmir. The initiative continues its mission of supporting entrepreneurial talent across all regions of Türkiye.

Selected startups will participate in a five-month acceleration program that includes mentorship from industry experts, partnership opportunities with companies within the İş Bankası ecosystem, investor access, technical workshops, international networking opportunities, cloud infrastructure support, free office space, and enhanced media visibility.

Startups Selected for Workup Cohort 14

  • Chexta – Cloud-based hotel management software that digitalizes reservation, operations, and revenue management processes.
  • Filika.co – RegTech startup providing payroll and workforce compliance APIs for HR and ERP systems.
  • Grower – AI-powered marketing platform enabling businesses to execute digital marketing actions through conversational interfaces.
  • Homesberg – Revenue optimization platform for short-term rental operators using AI-driven market and search visibility analytics.
  • Out Plane – Cloud deployment platform allowing developers to launch applications in under a minute without DevOps expertise.
  • Richify – AI-powered financial education platform helping individuals understand, track, and plan their financial future.
  • SHIM – Enterprise AI Gateway that enables secure AI adoption while reducing LLM costs through semantic caching technologies.
  • SolonGate – Zero-trust security firewall designed for autonomous AI agents operating within critical infrastructure environments.
  • Uplico – Agentic AI platform automating recruitment and workforce management processes end-to-end.
  • Vitsupp by Marin – AI-driven clinical decision platform that creates personalized supplement recommendations by analyzing lifestyle, medication interactions, and allergies.

The latest cohort reflects several of the most active technology themes in Türkiye’s startup ecosystem, including artificial intelligence, enterprise software, HR technology, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, hospitality technology, and financial technology.
