Bayer has announced the six startups selected for the 9th cohort of its G4A Startup Acceleration Program, which supports innovative solutions in healthcare and agriculture.

The selected ventures will participate in a 100-day development program, gaining access to online training, mentorship, product development support, networking opportunities, and free software packages. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with Bayer.

Launched in Turkey in 2018 in partnership with Tenity, the G4A Startup Acceleration Program aims to strengthen the local innovation ecosystem by supporting early-stage startups working on scalable digital solutions in health and agricultural technologies.

Selected from 310 Applicants

A total of 310 startups applied to the G4A 2026 program, which focuses on Bayer’s three business divisions: Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, and Crop Science.

After a rigorous evaluation process, six startups were selected to join the accelerator:

  • Pearly Menopause Platform
  • RaporinAI
  • Vinter (Vindy)
  • NeoOne Teknoloji
  • Tekno Kurgu
  • MOVE ON

These startups will benefit from extensive support throughout the program.

100 Days of Training and Mentorship

During the 100-day program, the startups will receive online training sessions on key business areas, including financial planning, investment processes, sales strategies, and legal frameworks.

Participants will also receive mentorship from Bayer executives, Bayer mentors, and Tenity experts, while gaining access to product development support and a broader professional network.

Additionally, startups will have the chance to develop potential collaborations with Bayer and access free software support packages designed to accelerate their growth.

Among the selected startups, Pearly Menopause Platform, Vinter (Vindy), and Tekno Kurgu will each receive a grant of TRY 500,000.

The Selected Startups

Pearly Menopause Platform

Pearly is a comprehensive digital platform designed to support women throughout their perimenopause and menopause journey using a holistic approach.

The platform combines expert-led programs and events developed by professionals such as dietitians, psychologists, and physiotherapists with a trusted knowledge library and a community space where users can share experiences. It aims to provide practical daily guidance while complementing medical treatments.

RaporinAI

RaporinAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze patient prescriptions and reports uploaded by pharmacists, automatically evaluating compliance with Turkey’s Health Implementation Communiqué (SUT).

By providing automated decision support, the platform helps pharmacies digitize their workflows, improve operational efficiency, and create more predictable reimbursement processes.

Vinter (Vindy)

Vinter, also known as Vindy, is an autonomous digital workforce platform capable of conducting natural phone conversations with human-like speech capabilities and low-latency architecture.

The system can manage customer communication processes such as promotions, information calls, and surveys, while also performing operational tasks including order intake, registration, and routing requests to relevant departments. Its scalable infrastructure allows it to handle hundreds or even thousands of simultaneous conversations, transforming each call into structured and analyzable data.

NeoOne Teknoloji

NeoOne is a field operations management platform designed to digitize end-to-end field activities.

It enables organizations to manage route planning, visit tracking, order management, payment collection, shelf analysis, planogram compliance, and performance reporting through a single system. Using AI-driven analytics, the platform aims to improve shelf efficiency and sales performance.

Tekno Kurgu

Tekno Kurgu’s ROTA Smart Agriculture Platform is a digital precision farming system that enables variable-rate seeding, fertilization, and pesticide application based on field conditions and yield potential.

The platform is compatible with existing tractors and equipment, minimizing additional investment while offering farmers an accessible and cost-effective precision agriculture solution.

MOVE ON

MOVE ON developed AigleTech, an AI-powered agricultural technology solution designed to digitally monitor seed production fields.

Through a mobile application integrated with drones, field images are analyzed in real time to automatically detect corn tassels and monitor sunflower isolation zones. Results are transferred to a web platform along with location and time data, enabling more data-driven decisions and helping field teams operate faster and more efficiently throughout the season.
