Türkiye-based venture factory Ideasets has secured $1.25 million in pre-seed funding at a $10 million valuation, with participation from investor and conglomerate Gelecek Holding.
Founded in December 2025 by Berk Üder, Saltukhan Gülşen, and Arif Çelen, Ideasets is building what it describes as a next-generation venture factory that combines artificial intelligence, data science, and predictive systems to identify future market opportunities and transform them into digital products and startups.
Rather than operating as a traditional startup studio, Ideasets focuses on analyzing digital behavioral data across 140 global markets. The company aims to detect emerging consumer demand patterns before they become mainstream, using AI-powered forecasting models to guide product creation and commercialization.
At the core of the platform is a closed-loop system that continuously converts signals into insights and insights into products. The company processes data from mobile app ecosystems, gaming platforms, advertising networks, social media channels, and digital commerce systems, allowing it to model what consumers are likely to engage with, where, and when.
Ideasets says its technology goes beyond market intelligence. The predictive models are directly integrated into the development and distribution of mobile applications, games, digital content, marketing campaigns, and other technology products. Each launched project generates new performance data, which is then used to refine and recalibrate the company’s algorithms.
The startup has already launched several products built on its technology stack:
- BeforeTomorrow.io – an AI-powered content and creative production platform.
- AllInsights.ai – a market intelligence platform analyzing billions of digital data points.
- GameInsights.ai – focused on gaming and player behavior analytics.
- MobilePublisher.ai – a forthcoming publishing layer designed to transform insights into mobile apps, games, and digital products, scheduled for launch in Q3 2026.
Beyond software tools, Ideasets plans to develop and launch its own portfolio of consumer-facing ventures, spanning mobile applications, gaming, digital media, video content, and potentially future film and entertainment projects.
Commenting on the investment, CEO and co-founder Berk Üder said the company was created to bridge the growing gap between the explosion of digital data and the industry’s ability to turn that data into actionable future-oriented decisions.
Why It Matters
The funding highlights a growing shift in startup creation models globally. While most AI companies focus on building individual tools, Ideasets is attempting to create an AI-native venture generation engine—one that identifies market opportunities, validates demand signals, and launches products from a shared intelligence layer.
This approach resembles a new category emerging worldwide, where AI is not only used to automate workflows but also to discover business opportunities and accelerate company creation itself.
For Türkiye and the wider MENA ecosystem, the emergence of companies like Ideasets signals increasing ambition among founders to build globally scalable AI infrastructure businesses rather than regionally focused software products. If successful, the model could position the region as a source of AI-powered venture creation platforms capable of competing on a global stage.
What to Watch
The key test for Ideasets will be whether its predictive models can consistently identify market opportunities before competitors and convert those insights into commercially successful products.
With fresh capital and plans to expand internationally, the company is now entering a phase where execution matters more than prediction. Investors and founders alike will be watching closely to see whether AI-driven venture creation can become a repeatable and scalable model for building the next generation of digital businesses.
