HeyBreez Raises $2.5M Seed Round to Scale Enterprise Voice AI Infrastructure

Voice AI startup HeyBreez has raised $2.5 million in an oversubscribed Seed round to expand its enterprise voice AI infrastructure and accelerate its global growth.

The round was led by Lunara Partners, a multi-stage investment firm focused primarily on technology and tech-enabled businesses across the MENA region. Jabbar Group, DASH Ventures, alongside several founders and strategic angel investors, also participated.

HeyBreez plans to use the new capital to strengthen its platform infrastructure, accelerate product development, expand its team, and support sales growth across the Middle East, Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Building the Operational Layer for Voice AI

Founded by Karim Malhas, HeyBreez positions itself as the operational infrastructure behind enterprise voice AI.

While many voice AI platforms focus primarily on enabling AI agents to conduct conversations, HeyBreez is targeting the workflows required to turn those conversations into scalable business operations. Its platform manages processes including retries, callbacks, follow-up logic, branching customer journeys, telephony, and enterprise integrations.

The company says growing customer demand and rapidly increasing call volumes drove the timing of the Seed round.

“Everyone in this market helped companies make the call. No one helped them run the operation behind it,” said Karim Malhas, Founder and CEO of HeyBreez. “That is the hard part, and what we built for from day one.”

More Than One Million Calls a Month

HeyBreez says its platform has already processed more than one million calls in a single month, while individual customer campaigns can reach 10,000 calls per day.

The company serves several customer segments through the same infrastructure, ranging from large enterprises and agencies to developers, small businesses, and regional AI companies embedding HeyBreez into their own products.

Its technology supports multilingual voice workloads across sectors where phone-based interactions remain critical, including banking, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, and customer experience.

HeyBreez is also developing a partner-led distribution model. Arabic.ai and Xaia currently operate as solution integration partners, reselling HeyBreez to enterprise customers across the region.

MENA as a Launchpad for Global Expansion

Although HeyBreez is headquartered in the United States, the company also operates offices in Amman and Dubai, with MENA serving as its initial commercial focus.

The startup sees growing demand for Arabic-language voice automation, alongside sovereign-cloud and data-residency requirements across GCC markets, as key opportunities for expansion.

HeyBreez says its platform is already operating across MENA, Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

“Almost none solved the operation around [the conversation] — the retries, callbacks, integrations, and governance that determine whether voice agents hold up in production,” said Said Murad, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lunara Partners.

With fresh capital and more than a million monthly calls already running through its infrastructure, HeyBreez is now looking to establish itself as a core operational layer for enterprise voice AI globally.
