June Edition: The AI King

Artificial intelligence is entering a new phase. The race is no longer defined only by who can build the most powerful models — it is increasingly about who controls the infrastructure, computing capacity, data and platforms behind them.

In our June Edition, The Disruptor explores the foundations of the rapidly expanding AI economy. As governments and technology companies invest billions into chips, cloud infrastructure and data centers, computing power itself is becoming one of the world’s most strategic resources. Data centers are emerging as the new industrial infrastructure of the AI era — the “oil fields” powering the intelligence economy.

The issue also looks beyond infrastructure to the next major transformation: AI agents. A new generation of startups is building autonomous systems capable of performing increasingly complex tasks, potentially changing how companies operate, how software is built and how people work.

At the same time, the global AI race is opening opportunities far beyond Silicon Valley. From the Middle East to other fast-growing technology ecosystems, emerging markets are investing aggressively in infrastructure, talent and startups in an effort to secure their place in the AI economy.

Inside this issue: The global race for AI infrastructure, the rise of data centers, startups building AI agents, the future of work in an AI-first economy and whether emerging markets can become serious contenders in the global AI race.
