Istanbul-based Dataroid has raised $6.6 million in a pre-Series A funding round to scale its AI-powered digital analytics platform internationally. The round was led by the FinAI Venture Capital Fund of Tacirler Asset Management, with participation from the Tacirler Asset Management Future Impact Venture Capital Fund and Endeavor Catalyst.
The new investment follows Dataroid’s $2 million round in December 2023, backed by Koç Group’s Private Venture Capital Investment Fund and İşbank’s 100th Year Venture Capital Fund.
Founded by Fatih İşbecer, Elif Parlak, and Can Elmas, Dataroid offers an integrated digital analytics and customer engagement platform that helps organisations measure, analyse, and optimise customer interactions across multiple digital channels. The platform combines customer data, behavioural analytics, application performance monitoring, and advanced data modelling into a single system, serving medium and large enterprises across sectors such as financial services, aviation, and retail.
According to co-founder Fatih İşbecer, Dataroid’s deep roots in Turkey’s banking sector have laid the groundwork for international growth.
“As the market-leading digital analytics platform for banking and financial services in Turkey, our technology today improves the digital experience of more than 120 million users,” he said. “With this new funding, we aim to strengthen our AI capabilities in line with customer needs and accelerate our expansion across EMEA and Europe.”
Dataroid’s momentum has also been recognised by the market. In 2025, G2 named the company a leading digital analytics platform in the Middle East, awarding it top placement in the “Best Support” category for both product and customer journey analytics. By the end of 2025, Dataroid reported 127% net revenue retention, with zero customer or revenue churn.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand into new geographies, deepen its footprint in EMEA, and ramp up global marketing efforts. A key focus will be the continued development of AI-powered, self-service analytics, designed to operate on live customer data at scale.
Dataroid is embedding AI agents directly into user dashboards, enabling teams to identify revenue opportunities, detect friction points, and prioritise actions with measurable financial impact. These capabilities support predictive analytics, automated insight generation, and personalised recommendations—helping enterprises increase conversion, reduce churn, and improve customer lifetime value while lowering operational complexity.
With these enhancements, Dataroid aims to move organisations beyond static metrics toward a smarter digital operating model—one where AI continuously optimises acquisition, engagement, and retention in real time.
