Saudi event organizer Tahaluf has announced the launch of Kingdom of Gaming, a new global platform designed to bring together the world’s leading game developers, creative studios, publishers, investors, and digital talent. The inaugural edition will take place in Riyadh from December 1–3, 2026, marking one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious moves yet to establish itself as a major force in the global gaming industry.
Positioned as a strategic ecosystem for decision-makers and innovators, Kingdom of Gaming aims to reshape how interactive entertainment is built, funded, and distributed—particularly across fast-growing emerging markets. The event will run alongside Black Hat MEA, the world’s largest cybersecurity gathering, creating a rare convergence between advanced digital security and the booming global gaming economy.
With expectations of 20,000+ international visitors, 300 exhibitors and sponsors, and over 500 participating studios and developers, the platform underscores Saudi Arabia’s rapid ascent in both entertainment and technology under Vision 2030.
In an official statement, Annabelle Mander, Executive Vice President at Tahaluf, said:
“The Kingdom of Gaming marks Tahaluf’s next mega global brand—a platform built in alignment with Vision 2030 to accelerate the Kingdom’s creative economy. Riyadh is shifting from being a market for games to becoming a place where games are made. By bringing developers, studios, platforms and investors together in one ecosystem, we’re creating the conditions for new IP, new talent, and new opportunities to emerge from Saudi Arabia and scale globally.”
The platform will also host 50+ startups, more than 200 global investors, and is expected to facilitate at least 25 investment and publishing deals. Attendees can expect a comprehensive agenda featuring content districts, hands-on workshops, professional training programs, and a curated investor track.
Beyond the business landscape, Kingdom of Gaming will spotlight the technological backbone of the industry—from advanced game engines and development tools to next-generation infrastructure—while celebrating the creative talent driving one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment sectors.
The launch reinforces Riyadh’s bold ambition: not just to participate in the global gaming economy, but to lead its next era.
