Applications are now open for WorkupOnBoard, a production-focused acceleration program designed for high school students by Workup, with the deadline set for May 15. The program aims to support highly motivated young individuals in developing entrepreneurial skills and engaging with the startup ecosystem. It will be held in a hybrid format between July 4–26.

Backed by Türkiye İş Bankası, Workup is expanding its initiatives with this new program tailored specifically for high school students.

Implemented under the leadership of the Artificial Intelligence Factory (YZF) within İş Bankası, WorkupOnBoard is structured as an intensive acceleration program guiding participants from the idea stage to building a working product. The program differentiates itself from traditional theoretical education models by positioning artificial intelligence not just as a tool for knowledge, but as a direct production partner.

Throughout the program, participants will build products from scratch using AI-powered development tools, test them with real users, and iterate rapidly based on feedback.

The 21-day program consists of three main phases:

  • Idea development and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) creation
  • User validation and product improvement
  • Growth and Demo Day preparation

Each week includes three days of in-person, mentor-supported work and two days of asynchronous work.

Participants will receive cloud and AI tool credits, as well as a dedicated budget for advertising and testing, enabling them to bring their products to real users. This hands-on approach aims to help students develop validated, customer-facing products.

By the end of the program, participants will have built a functional MVP, gained experience in product development based on user feedback, and developed an entrepreneurial mindset. They will also gain access to İş Bankası’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and present their projects to key stakeholders during Demo Day.

The program will take place in a hybrid format from July 4 to July 26, targeting high school students with strong entrepreneurial motivation.
