UAE’s Rentify Raises $2M Seed Round to Launch Earn AI

UAE-based proptech and fintech startup Rentify has secured $2 million in seed funding to support the launch of Earn AI, a new artificial intelligence platform designed to help landlords and property managers optimize rental income and automate day-to-day property operations.

The latest investment brings Rentify’s total funding to $2.5 million, following a $500,000 pre-seed round in 2025. The round was backed by a group of real estate and fintech investors.

Founded by Rajneel Kumar and Rashed Hareb, Rentify is evolving beyond rental payment infrastructure into a broader AI-powered operating system for the real estate sector. Its newly launched Earn AI platform automates critical tenancy management processes, including rent collection, tenant onboarding, payment reminders, lease renewals, and revenue optimization.

The platform has already been adopted by several enterprise customers, including Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management, and RSH Holiday Homes Rental. Together, these companies manage thousands of residential and commercial properties across the UAE.

Rentify says its analysis of customer portfolios suggests that landlords and property managers could be losing between 8% and 14% of annual rental revenue due to inefficient pricing, tenant turnover, delayed payments, and operational inefficiencies. Earn AI aims to address these challenges through automation and data-driven decision-making.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate the deployment of Earn AI across the region and continue building its AI-driven infrastructure for property owners and real estate operators.

Why It Matters

The funding highlights a growing trend across the Gulf’s real estate sector: the shift from digital property management tools toward AI-powered revenue optimization platforms.

As property markets in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC become increasingly competitive, landlords are seeking technologies that not only simplify operations but also improve asset performance and profitability. Rentify’s move reflects a broader regional opportunity for AI applications in real estate, one of the Middle East’s largest and fastest-growing industries.

For the MENA startup ecosystem, the launch of Earn AI signals the emergence of a new generation of proptech companies focused on turning operational data into financial outcomes. As AI adoption accelerates across traditional sectors, solutions that help property owners maximize rental yields and reduce revenue leakage could become a significant growth category for the region’s technology landscape.
