Apsiyon, Turkiye’s leading community and property management platform, has announced that it has signed a sales agreement to join Aareon Group, Europe’s trusted SaaS provider for the real estate industry. The move marks a major strategic milestone in Apsiyon’s journey, opening the door to expanded technological investment and broader international reach.

Founded in 2012, Apsiyon has grown into one of the most influential PropTech players in the region. With its cloud-based software infrastructure, AI-powered solutions, online payment systems, automation technologies, and advanced security integrations, the company today serves over 23,000 residential complexes, 1.6 million units, and more than 4 million users.

“This agreement will elevate our vision to a whole new level”

Apsiyon CEO and Co-founder Kudret Türk emphasized the transformative nature of the partnership:

“Since the day we founded Apsiyon, our goal has been to build a PropTech brand that stands out not only in Türkiye but also globally.
This agreement with Aareon will elevate our vision to a whole new level. By combining Aareon’s international experience and technological strength with Apsiyon’s local expertise, we will continue delivering more value, more innovation, and an even stronger experience to our users.”

“Together, we believe we can build a stronger future”

Aareon Group CEO Harry Thomsen highlighted Türkiye’s strategic relevance in the European real estate ecosystem:

“Türkiye is one of Europe’s largest and most dynamic real estate markets. Apsiyon’s technology, innovative mindset, and transformative approach fit perfectly with Aareon’s growth strategy across Europe.
We believe that together, we can move toward a stronger future.”

A Strategic Step Toward Global PropTech Leadership

The acquisition signals a new chapter for Apsiyon — integrating its local expertise with Aareon Group’s pan-European footprint, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, and innovation capabilities. The partnership positions Apsiyon to scale faster, introduce new technologies, and strengthen its role as a leading PropTech platform across both existing and new markets.
