Kudwa, an AI-powered financial intelligence platform designed for modern finance teams, has closed a $1.1 million funding round with participation from 1818 Venture Capital, F6 Ventures, Sparked VC, IM Fndg, and IVP.
The round was completed ahead of schedule in late 2025, providing Kudwa with capital to accelerate product development, expand integrations with enterprise systems, and scale its go-to-market strategy across multiple regions.
Kudwa positions itself as the “financial brain” for businesses, offering an AI-driven platform that connects with ERP, accounting, and operational systems to deliver real-time financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The system combines automated data pipelines, forecasting models, intelligent dashboards, and scenario planning tools designed to replace time-consuming spreadsheet workflows.
By automating analysis and consolidating financial data across multiple entities, Kudwa enables finance teams to understand performance changes instantly. The platform’s AI engine identifies what has changed in a company’s financials and explains why—allowing teams to focus on strategic decisions rather than manual reporting.
“We closed the round ahead of schedule in late 2025 and went heads-down right away,” the company’s founders said. “Our focus has been simple: obsess over customers, ship what they ask for, and build a world-class team capable of delivering the AI-powered financial brain businesses rely on.”
Since securing the investment, Kudwa has expanded its product capabilities in areas such as multi-entity consolidation, AI-powered financial analysis and forecasting, cash visibility, and automated reporting. The company is also continuing to broaden its integrations with enterprise financial systems while accelerating commercial expansion.
