Endeavor Catalyst, the investment arm of global entrepreneurship network Endeavor, has closed its fifth fund at $320 million, bringing its total assets under management to more than $850 million. The new fund will focus on supporting high-growth startups outside traditional technology hubs, including emerging markets across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
The oversubscribed Fund V is Endeavor Catalyst’s largest to date, attracting approximately 400 limited partners. Its investors include LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, billionaire investor Bill Ackman, and global investment group Prosus, alongside founders of prominent technology companies such as Nubank, Revolut, Checkout.com, Snowflake, and Careem.
Around 30% of the fund’s investors are entrepreneurs from Endeavor’s own network, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to encouraging successful founders to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Targeting 150 Startups Worldwide
Through Fund V, Endeavor Catalyst plans to invest in up to 150 companies, typically committing between $1 million and $3 million per investment.
The fund follows a co-investment model, participating in funding rounds led by institutional investors rather than leading rounds itself. Eligible startups must be founded by entrepreneurs selected into Endeavor’s global network and have secured an institutional-led funding round of at least $5 million.
Endeavor Catalyst generally invests on the same terms as the lead investor, with its participation limited to 10% of an individual funding round.
Approximately 90% of the fund’s investments are made outside the United States. Latin America remains its largest investment region, while Europe is experiencing particularly strong growth.
Strong Track Record Across 44 Markets
Since launching in 2012, Endeavor Catalyst has invested in 437 companies across 44 markets. Its portfolio includes 83 companies valued at $1 billion or more, with 39 exits and 11 initial public offerings.
Notable portfolio companies include ElevenLabs, Bending Spoons, Reflection AI, Checkout.com, Flutterwave, and Replit.
The fund has also supported several startups across the Middle East and North Africa, including Egypt’s Blink, Nawy, and Thndr; Morocco’s Chari; Saudi Arabia’s Gathern and SILQ; and UAE-based Tarjama.
Fund V has already begun investing in companies including Replit, Moove, Preply, Cashea, Respond.io, EnduroSat, HappyRobot, and Lunar Outpost.
The firm is increasingly focusing on artificial intelligence, deep technology, cloud infrastructure, financial services, and enterprise technology.
Expanding Opportunities Beyond Traditional Tech Hubs
Led by Managing Partner Allen Taylor and Managing Director Jackie Carmel, Endeavor Catalyst expects to deploy an additional $25 million to $30 million during the remainder of 2026.
The fund’s strategy comes at a time when global venture capital is increasingly concentrated in Silicon Valley and large AI companies. Endeavor Catalyst aims to broaden access to growth capital by leveraging Endeavor’s network of more than 3,100 entrepreneurs across over 50 countries.
The new fund reinforces Endeavor’s belief that globally competitive technology companies can emerge from markets historically underserved by international venture capital.
