Egypt-based Beltone Asset Management and fractional real estate investment platform Amtaar Capital have announced a partnership to establish a multi-issuance real estate investment fund targeting EGP 2 billion (approximately $38 million), aiming to make property investment more accessible through digital technology.
Beltone Asset Management, a subsidiary of Beltone Holding, will establish and manage the fund, which is currently under development. The first issuance is expected to range between EGP 500 million and EGP 700 million.
Under the partnership, Beltone will oversee fund management and asset selection, while Amtaar Capital will provide the digital investment platform, allowing individuals to participate in real estate investment opportunities starting from just EGP 1,000.
The fund will focus on income-generating real estate assets, enabling investors to purchase investment units rather than directly owning entire properties. Participants may benefit from rental income and potential capital appreciation, depending on the fund’s performance and investment strategy.
Khaled Darwish, CEO of Beltone Asset Management, highlighted that traditional real estate investment often requires significant capital and can concentrate risk in individual properties. He explained that the partnership aims to combine professional asset management with digital accessibility.
Amr Afifi, Co-Founder and CEO of Amtaar Capital, emphasized that the collaboration will bring together Amtaar’s digital real estate ecosystem and Beltone’s investment management expertise, offering a simpler investment experience to a broader audience.
The initiative reflects the growing role of financial technology in Egypt’s real estate sector, where digital investment platforms are opening new opportunities for retail investors to access professionally managed property portfolios.
By combining institutional asset management with fractional real estate investment technology, Beltone and Amtaar aim to expand participation in Egypt’s property investment market.
