Türkiye’s leading entrepreneurship program, Workup, backed by Türkiye İş Bankası, has selected 10 technology startups for its 14th cohort. Now in its ninth consecutive year, the accelerator aims to help high-potential ventures scale their business models and access investment opportunities.
The new cohort will be managed by İş Bankası’s AI Factory and marks the first time the initial application screening process was powered by AI agents and advanced scoring algorithms developed by Entrapeer. Final selections were made through a collaborative evaluation involving the Workup team, alumni founders, mentors, ecosystem partners, and investors.
This year’s program attracted more than 800 applications from across Türkiye. A total of 129 startups advanced to preliminary interviews, with approximately 70% of those discussions conducted with founders based outside the country’s three largest startup hubs—İstanbul, Ankara, and İzmir. The initiative continues its mission of supporting entrepreneurial talent across all regions of Türkiye.
Selected startups will participate in a five-month acceleration program that includes mentorship from industry experts, partnership opportunities with companies within the İş Bankası ecosystem, investor access, technical workshops, international networking opportunities, cloud infrastructure support, free office space, and enhanced media visibility.
