Cloud kitchen operator Paket Mutfak has secured $3.8 million in fresh funding, bringing its total capital raised to $12.3 million as it continues to scale its delivery-native food ecosystem in Istanbul.
Founded by Tali Salhon and Eytan Nahmiyas, the company operates a multi-brand cloud kitchen network built exclusively for delivery — a segment that continues to grow rapidly across Türkiye, yet often struggles with operational consistency and quality control.
The round saw continued backing from existing investors including Nokta Yatırım Holding A.Ş., ÜNLÜ & Co, and Fırat İşbecer, alongside new investors such as Ali Sabancı, Sip & Bite GSYF, Robert Baler, and Corsini Global Holding A.Ş.
Building a Delivery-First Operating System
Paket Mutfak differentiates itself through an operations-centric model designed specifically for off-premise consumption. Rather than adapting traditional restaurant formats to delivery, the company has built its infrastructure from the ground up for speed, quality, and consistency.
Today, Paket Mutfak operates 16 branches and 16 brands across Istanbul, managing millions of annual orders through major food delivery platforms. Its proprietary operational infrastructure enables centralized quality control, scalable kitchen management, and standardized service delivery.
What’s Next?
The newly raised capital will be deployed to:
- Strengthen its technological backbone
- Enhance customer experience across touchpoints
- Further develop its proprietary ordering application
- Expand its branch and brand footprint
- Increase supply chain flexibility
As competition intensifies in Türkiye’s food delivery market, Paket Mutfak is positioning itself not just as a cloud kitchen operator — but as a delivery-focused food infrastructure company aiming to set new service standards in the sector.
