Juthor Raises $500,000 Pre-Seed to Simplify Omnichannel Retail

Juthor has closed a $500,000 pre-seed funding round, signaling growing investor confidence in its vision to solve one of digital retail’s most persistent challenges: fragmented omnichannel operations.

The round was backed by Flat6Labs, alongside strategic angel investors Hamdan Alhamdan and Abdulaziz Alyabis, in addition to a wider group of angel backers.

One Platform for the Omnichannel Era

Juthor is building a unified retail technology platform that enables merchants to manage sales, inventory, and operations across multiple e-commerce channels from a single dashboard. Instead of handling each marketplace separately, retailers gain a centralized view of their entire business.

Through the platform, merchants can:

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings using AI-powered tools
  • Sync inventory and orders in real time across channels
  • Integrate seamlessly with major platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Salla, and others

By eliminating operational silos, Juthor helps retailers improve efficiency, reduce errors, and scale faster.

Fixing a Structural Problem in Digital Retail

For many retailers, selling across multiple platforms comes with heavy operational friction, including:

  • Disconnected sales channels
  • Mismatched inventory systems
  • Repetitive manual work and costly errors
  • Limited visibility into cross-channel performance

Juthor addresses these challenges through a centralized, automation-first approach, allowing merchants to focus on growth rather than day-to-day complexity.

AI at the Core of the Product

Artificial intelligence plays a central role in Juthor’s platform, enabling:

  • Smarter product data management
  • Faster onboarding and updates
  • Reduced human error
  • Data-driven insights to support better decision-making

As retail becomes increasingly data-driven, Juthor positions AI not as a feature, but as a foundational capability.

Founders and Long-Term Vision

Founded in 2025 by Lulwah Bin Saeedan and Irfan Khan, Juthor was created with a clear mission: to help retailers transition into scalable, digitally mature businesses.

The founding team is focused on building infrastructure that solves real operational pain points, with a long-term vision of reshaping how omnichannel retail is managed across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

Why This Round Matters

Closing a pre-seed round at this stage highlights:

  • Strong investor belief in the problem Juthor is tackling
  • Confidence in the growing omnichannel commerce opportunity
  • Rising momentum in Retail Tech innovation across the region

The new capital will be used to:

  • Advance product development
  • Expand the core team
  • Accelerate market entry and strategic partnerships

The Bottom Line

As consumer behavior shifts and digital retail continues to evolve, Juthor is betting on simplification—bringing AI, integration, and operational clarity into a single platform.

This isn’t just about building better software. It’s about enabling a more connected, intelligent, and scalable future for retail.
