Türkiye-based warranty technology startup egaranti has secured $1.1 million in a pre-Series A funding round, with participation from Hedef Holding, Techpoint, Uzbekistan-based Aloqa Ventures, and angel investors. The investment will support the company’s expansion across Central Asia and the Caucasus while accelerating the development of its consumer-focused platform in Türkiye.
Founded in 2021 by Kamil Kınacı and Sinan Peksoy, egaranti provides digital solutions for warranty management, extended warranties, and after-sales services. Its platform enables brands and retailers to digitize warranty certificates, manage service requests, integrate e-commerce operations, and offer additional warranty products.
The company currently operates in Türkiye and Uzbekistan, where it established a local office in November 2025. With the new funding, egaranti plans to strengthen its Uzbek operations and enter Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, further expanding its regional footprint.
Through its egaranti Plus offering, the startup operates across more than 250 sales locations and sells over 10,000 warranty packages monthly. It aims to increase its network to more than 1,000 sales points in 2027.
egaranti is also preparing to launch a consumer application in Türkiye, allowing users to manage product warranties, purchase extended coverage, and access maintenance packages directly from their smartphones.
The latest investment follows previous crowdfunding rounds of TRY 2.8 million in 2022 and TRY 18 million in 2024, marking another milestone in the company’s growth journey.
