Türkiye-based cloud kitchen startup Mizanplus has opened a new production and logistics facility in Istanbul’s Ümraniye district as part of its broader expansion strategy aimed at scaling its operations across the country by 2028.
Backed by a 20 million TL (approximately $620,000) investment, the company plans to expand its network from its current presence in 10 cities and 50 strategic locations to 30 cities and 150 locations over the next three years.
Operating multiple food delivery brands including Bowl Kase, Crunchy Chickens, Diyet Dünyası, Sevgi Lokantası, and Dolu Dolu Mantı, Mizanplus serves millions of consumers annually through digital food delivery platforms. The company positions itself not only as a cloud kitchen operator, but also as a technology-driven food ecosystem focused on operational efficiency and scalable digital infrastructure.

Alongside its food operations, Mizanplus has also developed an AI-powered restaurant management platform called Paket Master, designed to help restaurant brands digitize and optimize their operational workflows. The software provides end-to-end tools ranging from order management to productivity analytics, enabling food businesses to streamline operations and improve efficiency in an increasingly digitalized food delivery market.
The new logistics and production hub is expected to significantly increase operational capacity while supporting the company’s nationwide scaling plans.
In a joint statement, founders Harun Özdemir and Burakcan Kızılaslan said:
“This facility represents a key milestone in our sustainable growth strategy within the rapidly digitalizing food industry. Through both our food brands and our Paket Master software solutions, we aim to modernize the food ecosystem. Supported by this new investment, we are moving forward confidently toward becoming Türkiye’s most widespread and technologically advanced cloud kitchen network by 2028.”
