Founded by Harsh Sajnani (CEO) and Guilherme Soares (COO)—third-generation operators with deep roots across MENA and Latin America—Kingpin was built to solve one of the industry’s biggest pain points: the fragmented, slow, and manual nature of wholesale trade.

By connecting people, products, pricing, and processes in one AI-native ecosystem, Kingpin enables companies to manage discovery, sales, fulfilment, and operations with unprecedented efficiency.

“We’re building Kingpin with a first-hand understanding of the industry’s biggest challenges—from customer discovery to order management and financing,” said Sajnani. “The AI era allows us to merge technology and operational expertise to deliver real value.”

Soares added:

“B2B retail has long run on duct tape and spreadsheets. Previous attempts solved problems in isolation. Kingpin finally replaces all of that with unified AI-driven infrastructure.”

Investor Confidence in Kingpin’s Global Potential

Infinity Ventures highlighted Kingpin’s ability to modernize the world’s least-automated economic sector.

“Kingpin brings AI-native infrastructure to a massive, underserved industry,” said Mario Ruiz, Co-founder & Managing Partner at Infinity Ventures. “They’re turning fragmented retail operations into intelligent, scalable workflows.”

COTU Ventures—one of Kingpin’s earliest believers—reaffirmed its backing at the seed stage.

“The discipline of the Kingpin team is what stands out most,” said Amir Farha, Founder of COTU. “Harsh and Gui are rebuilding global distribution from scratch with an AI-powered model that has enormous potential.”

Hub71 also emphasized Kingpin’s role in positioning Abu Dhabi as a global AI hub.

“Kingpin reflects Abu Dhabi’s ambition to build AI-first, export-ready companies,” said Basma Ahmed AlBadi AlDhaheri, Head of Value Creation at Hub71.

Strong Traction Across Global Retail

Kingpin currently works with 300+ distributors and brands across categories including Beauty, Fashion, and Sports. Its customers report:

  • Up to 20% revenue growth
  • 85% shorter sales cycles
  • 200+ hours saved per month through workflow automation

Its AI-powered retailer discovery engine identifies, validates, and connects brands with relevant retail partners worldwide—enabling faster expansion, verified contacts, and personalized outreach at scale.

As part of the Mubadala-backed Hub71 ecosystem, Kingpin continues to tap into the UAE’s fast-growing AI innovation landscape and global market pathways.

About Kingpin
